Candy Corn Marshmallow People

Are these fall treats not the cutest things ever?! These candy corn marshmallow people are dipped in two shades of tinted white chocolate, with dots of icing added for eyes. They’re easy to make and are the perfect size for the little monsters in your life! You only need a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients:
1 bag of marshmallows
8 ounces of white chocolate
Yellow food coloring
Orange food coloring
Black gel icing tube
Parchment Paper

Directions:
Separate half of the white chocolate into two small dishes.
Follow package instructions to melt the candy.
Add your food coloring and whisk.
Dip your marshmallow in the orange first about 1/3 of the way up and then set on some parchment paper.
Proceed throughout the marshmallows doing the orange.

Place your dipped marshmallows on parchment paper.

Once the chocolate is set up and firm, repeat with the yellow and only coat half way up the orange color.

Again, let that set up.
Using a gel tube of black icing, gently make two eyes and let that set up.

Avoid putting too much of a dot for the eyes or they will drip.

Enjoy!
