SwimZip: Swimwear for Christmas

Living at the beach means we spend A LOT of time at the beach and pool during the Summer. But what about during Christmas?!

Okay y’all are probably like really? Okay but seriously I am so obsessed with SwimZip swim suits that we decided to use them for our Christmas card photoshoot this year! I just had to share this goodness with you!

Why SwimZip?!

So before I go into our photoshoot details I do want to tell y’all why we love SwimZip so much! Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the United States, with more than 3.5 million skin cancers in over two million people diagnosed annually. After being diagnosed with skin cancer at the young age of 26, Betsy Johnson-Wanless developed SwimZip. These swim suits are designed to help protect children and adults.

They were created so that families could have functional, stylish and most importantly protective swimwear! I love that there is something for every member of the family at SwimZip!

SwimZip offers so many fun prints and of course matching suits…I’m a sucker for matching with my fam! They have reasonable prices and superior UV protection! We will definitely be a SwimZip family for life!

Now the deets on the photos. It was honestly a pretty last minute idea to tell y’all the truth. The girls and my husband had matching suits from the summer and I had just gotten one to take with us on our cruise. I had them all together and thought how can I make this more Christmassy?! Duh! Add a Santa hat of course!

We love our Christmas card photoshoot and always have to be a little “extra” to be honest. I mean who doesn’t love an excuse to get silly with our families? So this is just proof SwimZip is perfect for all year round!

Merry Christmas from Myrtle Beach!

I love the idea of a skin cancer-reducing (or blocking) swimsuit. I work for a dermatologist, and I cannot tell you how many malignant moles we see because of unsafe swimsuit coverage. I will definitely be looking into one of these for myself, but not any time soon! Happy Holidays from chilly St. Louis!
