Okay y’all. If you didn’t know I started at Burn Boot Camp and I am absolutely loving the way I feel! I am eating better than I ever have before and am so much more aware of what is going into my body. I want to share with you a healthy coffee creamer alternative that I actually LOVE!
One of my goals this past week was to get rid of coffee creamer. Well to me I’d rather just give up the coffee, because what’s coffee without creamer right?! Wrong! So, I did make it all week without coffee because I just didn’t have the time to figure out a healthy alternative, I have to leave the house at 5:30am and to me it was just easier to skip it. I knew when the weekend rolled around I would have a problem because I love sitting and enjoying my coffee without rushing out the door.
